Member Resources
The Center for Reconciliation and Social Change operate in four broad areas.
1) Client Services
2) Organizational Development; Capacity Building
3) Member Services and Resource Sharing
4) Faith Based Training and Development
- Faith Based and Community Organizations within our service areas are encouraged to become a member organization to enjoy the full benefits of our resource share. It is our goal to increase service effectiveness and reduce cost by sharing in the cost of development of an infrastructure necessary to carry out the organization mission, developing scope and reach to effect social change.
- You need not be a member to participate; any faith based or community organization may participate freely in organizational development, training and workshops at non-member rates, determined by the governing board.
- There is no obligation to become a member apart from the desire to share the tools made available to organizations that share in the cost of maintaining a working infrastructure to deliver effective faith based services. The decision to join a cooperative share is made attractive to small organizations that would not have the scope to develop reach in small organizations and communities.
The following areas should be considered if membership or participation within a cooperative share resource program will be of value to your organization.
The Center for Reconciliation and Social Change will develop a systematic approach that will assist member organizations; faith and community development organizations in general in the following ways; effectiveness and reducing workload, cost and overhead reduction by creating a resource sharing system in the following areas for it’s members.

Churches and Religious Organizations
Because special tax rules apply to churches, it is important to distinguish churches from other religious organizations. Therefore, when this publication uses the term “religious organizations,” it is not referring to churches or integrated auxiliaries. Religious organizations that are not churches typically include nondenominational ministries, interdenominational and ecumenical organizations, and other entities whose principal purpose is the study or advancement of religion.
